TAMECH IMPEX
The export arm of Jit Aree Vegetable Oil, handling most of the group's smaller shipments. Cargo can be despatched from any of our facilities according to availability of the product ordered — your invoice identifies the facility, and that facility is responsible for the shipping, payment and handling of your order.
One of Two Facilities That Can Ship Your Order
TAMECH IMPEX CO., LTD is a wholly owned subsidiary of JIT AREE VEGETABLE OIL CO., LTD, incorporated in Thailand. It draws product from the same refinery, tank farm and quality laboratory as the parent — but it trades as a separate legal entity, with its own contracts, its own bank accounts and its own export licences.
That is why availability decides who ships. A shipment can be despatched from the main refinery or from TAMECH IMPEX, according to availability of the product ordered — in practice the refinery covers most bulk cargo, while TAMECH IMPEX handles most smaller shipments. Whichever facility fulfils an order is your counterparty for it: the entity named on your invoice is the entity that receives your payment, books the vessel, signs the bill of lading and answers for the cargo on arrival.

Availability Decides Who Ships
Enquiries are placed with the Jit Aree group, and shipment can be despatched from any of the group's facilities — the main refinery or TAMECH IMPEX. Which facility fulfils a given order follows from availability of the product ordered at the time; in practice the main refinery handles most bulk cargo and TAMECH IMPEX most smaller shipments. The facility that fulfils it is identified on the invoice you receive, and it is responsible for that order: contracting and invoicing, receiving payment, booking and paying the freight, raising the export documentation and handling any claim.

What determines the facility
Wherever an order is despatched from, the specification, the certifications and the Certificate of Analysis regime are the same. What changes is the entity your invoice, payment and shipping sit with — and your invoice is what identifies it.
When TAMECH IMPEX Fulfils Your Order
Once an order is allocated to the subsidiary, everything below sits with the subsidiary at every stage. Nothing in this list is passed back to the parent company or to an outside trading agent mid-shipment.
Contracting & Sale
TAMECH IMPEX is the seller of record. The proforma invoice, sales contract and commercial invoice are issued and signed in its own name — not the parent's.
Payment & Banking
Funds are remitted to the TAMECH IMPEX account named on its proforma invoice. It holds its own banking facilities and is the sole beneficiary on any letter of credit.
Booking & Ocean Freight
TAMECH books the carrier, containers, flexitanks and ISO tanks, and settles the ocean freight directly on CFR and CIF sales.
Export Documentation
Bill of lading, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary and health certificates, and Halal documentation are all raised through TAMECH IMPEX.
Cargo Insurance
On CIF terms TAMECH arranges marine cargo cover at 110% of CIF value in the buyer's favour, and hands over the policy with the document set.
Customs & Compliance
Thai export clearance, HS classification, licence handling and counterparty screening are run by TAMECH's own trade-compliance desk.
Inspection & Quality Release
Independent pre-shipment inspection is instructed and paid for by TAMECH, which releases the Certificate of Analysis against each shipped lot.
Claims & After-Sales
Any shortage, quality or documentary claim is raised with, assessed by, and settled by TAMECH IMPEX as the contracting party.
When a shipment is despatched from the main refinery instead, the same list applies to JIT AREE VEGETABLE OIL CO., LTD — the responsibilities travel with the facility that fulfils, not with the brand you enquired to. Your invoice tells you which.
From Enquiry to Delivery
Enquiry to the Group
You send the product, quantity, packaging and destination port to Jit Aree — you do not need to choose a facility yourself.
Product Availability
Availability of the product and grade you have asked for is checked across the group's facilities — that is what determines which one despatches the shipment.
Invoice Identifies the Facility
The facility fulfilling your order issues the offer and invoice in its own name — so the invoice tells you which entity you are dealing with, and it appears on every document that follows.
Terms Confirmed
That invoice sets out specification, Incoterm, payment terms and shipment window, and names the account and beneficiary for payment.
Payment to That Facility
You remit the agreed advance to the account shown on that invoice, or open an irrevocable L/C at sight with the invoicing entity as beneficiary.
Production & Inspection
Cargo is produced or drawn from stock, then inspected. The fulfilling facility instructs pre-shipment inspection and releases the Certificate of Analysis.
Booking & Shipment
It books the vessel, supervises stuffing, clears Thai export customs and ships from Bangkok or Laem Chabang as the shipper on the bill of lading.
Documents & Support
The full document set is released by the same entity — courier, telex-release or L/C negotiation — and it stays your point of contact through delivery.
Contracting & Payment
| Seller of record | The fulfilling facility — TAMECH IMPEX CO., LTD or JIT AREE VEGETABLE OIL CO., LTD — as identified on your invoice |
|---|---|
| Trade terms | FOB · CFR · CIF — buyer's nominated port |
| Load ports | Bangkok (BKK) & Laem Chabang (LCH) |

| Contract currency | USD |
| Payment beneficiary | The fulfilling facility only — never a third party or personal account |
| Specification & certification | Identical at both facilities, with a Certificate of Analysis per shipped lot |
Payment Security Notice
Because more than one entity in the group can invoice you, check the name on your invoice before you pay. Payment is made only to the account printed on the invoice issued for that order, and the beneficiary name will match the facility identified on it. We never ask buyers to remit to a personal account, to a third-party company, or to bank details supplied only by email. If the beneficiary does not match your invoice, or you receive a request to change payment details, stop and confirm it with us by phone before transferring anything.
Oils Available From Either Facility
The full group range can be despatched by the main refinery or by TAMECH IMPEX, according to availability of the product ordered. Check specifications, MOQ and packaging on each product page, then send your enquiry.
Fulfilment & TAMECH IMPEX FAQ
Shipment can be despatched from any of the group's facilities — the main refinery or TAMECH IMPEX — and which one follows from availability of the product you have ordered. As a rule of thumb the main refinery handles most bulk cargo and TAMECH IMPEX most smaller shipments, though availability governs. Your invoice identifies the facility fulfilling the order, and that facility is responsible for its shipping, payment and handling.
Tell us in your enquiry and we will accommodate it wherever availability of the product allows. Where the facility you have asked for cannot cover the product, volume or shipment window, the order is fulfilled by the facility that can — and your invoice will identify it.
No. Both facilities ship to the same specifications, produced on the same refining, filling and packing lines under the group's ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP and Halal systems, and every lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis against the agreed specification. What changes is which entity holds your contract.
The facility identified on your invoice, and only into the bank account printed on that invoice. Payments are never requested to a personal account, a third-party company, or an account whose details arrive by email alone. If the beneficiary name does not match the entity on your invoice, stop and call us before transferring anything.
The facility that fulfilled the shipment — the same entity identified on your invoice. Where that is TAMECH IMPEX, TAMECH IMPEX is the shipper of record on the bill of lading and the exporter named on the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.
Your invoice. It names the facility fulfilling the order, and that same entity is the one that receives your payment, books the vessel, signs the bill of lading, releases the export documents and supports you through delivery.
The facility that fulfilled the shipment. As the seller and shipper of record it receives the claim, instructs any survey or re-testing, and settles the outcome directly with you under the terms of its own sales contract.
TAMECH IMPEX is a wholly owned export subsidiary of Jit Aree Vegetable Oil, separately registered in Thailand. It shares the group's refinery, tank farm and quality systems, but it is a distinct legal entity that contracts, invoices and ships in its own name.
