Sustainability & Compliance
Responsible sourcing, certified quality, and transparent supply chain management
Our Commitment
At Jit Aree Vegetable Oil, sustainability is not a marketing exercise — it is a core business principle. We are committed to responsible sourcing, environmental stewardship, and full regulatory compliance across every link of our supply chain. From the plantations and farms where our raw materials originate to the port where our containers are loaded, we maintain the highest standards of traceability, quality assurance, and ethical conduct.
Full chain-of-custody documentation from plantation and farm to export container for every shipment.
ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and Halal certified by internationally recognized bodies.
Actively working toward RSPO supply chain certification for our palm oil sourcing operations.
Responsible Sourcing
We hold ourselves accountable for the origins of every raw material that enters our facilities. Our sourcing program ensures ethical, traceable, and sustainable procurement across all oil types.
Supplier Qualification & Audit Program
Every supplier undergoes a rigorous qualification process including facility audits, documentation review, and quality benchmarking before being approved for our supply chain.
Full Traceability: Plantation to Export
We maintain traceability records from the plantation or farm level through milling, refining, and packaging to the final export shipment, enabling full chain-of-custody verification.
No Deforestation Commitment
Our palm oil supply chain operates under a strict No Deforestation, No Peat, No Exploitation (NDPE) policy. We do not source from suppliers linked to illegal deforestation.
RSPO-Certified & Traceable Palm Sources
We prioritize sourcing from RSPO-certified mills and plantations, and are actively working toward full RSPO supply chain certification for our palm oil operations.
Local Thai Sourcing for Specialty Oils
Coconut oil and rice bran oil are sourced from local Thai farming cooperatives and processors, supporting rural livelihoods and reducing transport-related emissions.
Quality Assurance Process
Our six-stage quality assurance process ensures that every batch of oil leaving our facilities meets the highest international standards for food safety, purity, and consistency.
Incoming Material Testing
FFA, moisture, and impurity analysis performed on every incoming lot. Raw materials not meeting specification are rejected before entering production.
In-Process Quality Control
Refining parameters including temperature, pressure, and chemical dosing are monitored continuously with automated controls and manual verification.
Laboratory Analysis
Full analytical testing using GC-FID for fatty acid profiling, Karl Fischer for moisture, Lovibond for color, and ICP-MS for trace metals.
Batch Certification
Certificate of Analysis (COA) generated for every production batch. Retain samples stored for 24 months to support traceability and dispute resolution.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Independent SGS or equivalent third-party inspection conducted on every export container before vessel loading, covering quality, quantity, and packaging integrity.
Document Verification
All export documentation cross-checked and verified by our compliance team before release, ensuring accuracy and regulatory alignment for the destination market.
