Jit Aree supplies and exports the full range of olive oil grades sourced from established Mediterranean origins and distributed through our Thailand export operations. Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is cold-extracted with free acidity at or below 0.8%, retaining the natural polyphenols, aroma, and fruity flavour prized in premium retail and food service. We also supply virgin, pure/refined olive oil, and olive pomace oil for cooking and manufacturing at different price points. All grades are available in bulk, drums, and private-label retail bottles with FOB and CIF terms to 65+ markets.

Extra virgin olive oil is the top grade — cold-extracted, free acidity ≤0.8%, with full flavour and polyphenols. Virgin olive oil is also unrefined but allows free acidity up to ~2.0%. Pure (refined) olive oil blends refined and virgin oil for a neutral taste and lower cost. Olive pomace oil is extracted from the residual paste and refined — the most economical grade, suited to food-service frying.

Olive oil is rich in monounsaturated fat and antioxidants and carries a distinctive flavour, making it a premium choice for dressings, finishing, and Mediterranean cooking. Compared with neutral seed oils such as sunflower or soybean, EVOO has a lower smoke point and higher price but stronger health positioning and taste; refined olive and pomace grades handle higher heat at lower cost.
