The core export document package
Every Jit Aree shipment includes:
- Commercial Invoice — the value and terms of sale (used for customs valuation and duty).
- Packing List — exact contents, weights and packaging counts.
- Bill of Lading (B/L) — the carrier's contract and title document; you need the original to release cargo.
- Certificate of Origin (CO) — proves Thai origin; required for preferential tariffs (e.g. ASEAN Form D/E, RCEP).

- Health Certificate — issued by the Thai authority, confirming fitness for human consumption.
Documents required by many markets
- Halal Certificate — mandatory across the GCC and most Muslim-majority markets.
- Phytosanitary Certificate — plant-health certificate required by many countries for vegetable products.
- SGS / third-party pre-shipment inspection report — independent verification of quantity, quality and packing; often a Letter-of-Credit condition.

- You (the importer): destination registrations (FDA, KEBS, SONCAP, etc.) and import licences.
